At Petite Plume, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange has been processed.
